About Alison
Alison's aim is to create abstract paintings that are contemplative and evocative. Her use of blended colors and her tools on canvas tend to give her work an atmospheric effect. It is intentional. Through the view of contrasting soft and dark colors she wants the viewer to stay awhile. Look within. Her body of work is representative of her paths in life, which is inspired by her adventures, independence, and love of color.
